Location-Based Dealer Inventory Website
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a complete web solution that lets shoppers enter their ZIP code and instantly browse every unit available within a 60-mile radius, starting with the closest dealer first. Each item should show real-time photos, price, specs, and dealer contact information, and customers must be able to tap a button to start a financing application or send us a direct “I’m interested” message.
On the dealer side, the preferred upload method is a dedicated mobile app. Dealers will sign in, snap or bulk-import photos and details, and push their inventory to the site once a week; the update has to flow to the public listings automatically without extra work on our end.
To make shopping intuitive, the customer interface will include:
• Customer reviews attached to each dealer profile so shoppers see recent feedback.
• An interactive map that pins every matching unit and lets users toggle between map and list view while panning around their area.
• Advanced search filters (price range, mileage, model year, category, etc.) that update results live.
The build must be responsive, fast on mobile, and ready to scale as we add new dealerships across multiple states. I’m looking for clean code, an easy-to-use back-end, and clear documentation so future feature additions are simple.
Deliverables:
1. Public-facing website with ZIP radius search, map integration, filters, reviews, and lead-capture forms.
2. Dealer mobile app (iOS and Android) for weekly inventory uploads, photo management, and push-to-site publishing.
3. Admin dashboard for me to approve dealers, review incoming leads, and monitor site analytics.
4. Deployment, testing, and a short hand-off session so my team can operate everything smoothly.
If this sounds within your wheelhouse, let’s discuss the tech stack and timeline to get started right away.
Not sure if I want the dealer information listed as far as the dealer name and contact. Want to make sure we do not get bypassed for our admin
