We are looking for an experienced full-stack mobile and web developer (or agency) to build a Local Delivery MVP platform customized for the Saudi Arabian market. The project's business logic is based on a bidding system (similar to *Mrsool*), connecting customers directly with independent couriers.
### **Project Scope & Architecture:**
1. **Multi-Platform Mobile App (iOS & Android):** A single codebase/app with dual-role capability (User/Courier login).
* **Customer Journey:** Register via phone number \rightarrow Create a delivery request (specify pickup/drop-off locations & details) \rightarrow Receive multiple price bids from nearby couriers \rightarrow Accept one bid \rightarrow Open live chat \rightarrow Complete delivery (Cash Only) \rightarrow Rate the service.
* **Courier Journey:** Register via phone number & upload National ID \rightarrow Wait for admin approval \rightarrow Browse available orders \rightarrow Submit price bids \rightarrow Execute accepted orders and update status (New, In Progress, Completed).
2. **Web Admin Dashboard:**
* Manage users (Customers & Couriers) and approve courier documents.
* Monitor orders, track statuses, and view ratings.
* Manage commissions (Platform takes **12% commission** per order, with a minimum of **2 SAR**).
3. **Key Constraints:**
* **Language:** App UI in **Arabic & English**. Admin Dashboard in **Arabic only**.
* **Payment:** Strictly **Cash Only** for this MVP version (no electronic payment gateway integration required for now).
