We require development of a subscription-based milk & dairy delivery system for a hyperlocal area.

Initial expected users: 50–3,000
System must be scalable to 10,000 users.

### Subscriptions & Scheduling

* Daily subscription
* Weekly subscription
* One-time orders
* Modify/cancel until 5:00 PM cutoff for next-day delivery
* Automatic lock after cutoff
* Pause for date range
* Auto-resume after pause

Cutoff logic must function reliably.

* Order confirmation
* Order history (minimum last 50)
* Downloadable PDF invoice
* Complaint/missed delivery option
* Click-to-call support button

### Wallet & Payments (Mandatory)

* Secure payment gateway (UPI, cards, etc.)
* Prepaid wallet system
