Local Business Web Application

I need a complete, production-ready website that will give my local business a solid digital presence. The site must load quickly, look clean on desktop (a basic responsive layer for phones is fine), and include an intuitive UI/UX so visitors can find key information without friction.

Scope of work
• Design and build the full frontend in React, plain JavaScript, or another modern stack you prefer—just keep the code modular and well-documented.
• Create the backend in Node.js, PHP, or Python, wired to either MySQL or MongoDB. Whichever stack you are strongest in is acceptable as long as the final result is secure and easy to maintain.
• Set up and seed the database, then connect it to the contact/lead forms.
• Deploy to my hosting and walk me through basic content edits.

Core pages will cover Home, About, Services, and Contact. We can also discuss extras such as a contact form, service listings, or client testimonials if they can fit the scope and timeline.

Timeline & budget
I’d like the first working version online within 1–3 weeks. My budget is about $30, so please explain how you would stay efficient and what you can realistically deliver for that amount.
