Loan Processing & Account Management Website
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Website design.
Upon initially setting up an account, we need to do a pre-approval loan process, it can simply be what rent to own centers or first franklin type lenders have. These loans will only be for financing transmission jobs done at local mechanic shops. 25% interest charged for either 12 month, 18 month, or 24 month terms only. ACH draft is required for payments which will need to be setup on the website. (www.1ffc.com is a great example - click on "apply now" button to see
this pre-approval process set of questions). Then this info is sent to
one of our "loan approval officers" email accounts to finish getting
them signed up in person at the shop when they check out to pay for
their bill. Webpage will need to have account login/password feature where
customers can create an account (user ID can be their email address),
log in and see their remaining account balance, vehicle information
make, model, and vin #. Date transmission work was completed, date of
next bank draft (payment on loan due date), warranty status: as active
for lifetime transmission servicing/replacement... portal for them to
ask a question to their mechanic/service technician about any "funny"
or odd noises their car is making and link to the shop's website to
schedule an appointment.
Not sure if there are limitations on the number of accounts a website
can manage but we plan to have as many as 1,000 active accounts -
probably something that can be scaled as we get there.
