I need an experienced Bubble.io developer to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a niche SaaS tool targeted at veterans/military buyers. The app will be a web-based calculator/analyzer that helps users optimize VA loans for home purchases, especially house hacking (multi-unit properties) and investment scenarios. It combines VA-specific rules (funding fees, residual income) with real estate investment metrics (ROI, cash flow, etc.).
Key Features for MVP (Prioritized):
User registration/login (email + basic auth; later Stripe for premium).
Input form with sliders/fields: Home price, down payment %, family size, region (Northeast/Midwest/South/West), first-time vs. subsequent use, disability exemption toggle, current VA rate (manual entry or static average ~5.4-6.0% as of Dec 2025).
Core calculations:
VA funding fee % and $ amount (based on official tiers: e.g., first-use <5% down = 2.15%).
Estimated monthly payment (principal + interest + taxes/insurance placeholders).
Residual income check (vs. VA guidelines by region/family size; use static tables for MVP).
Basic house hacking simulator: Input rental income from other units → net cash flow/ROI.
