Link-Based Service Status Tracker
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a lightweight, single-page tool that I can drop straight into a WhatsApp message as a link. When a field worker opens that link, they should see a clean interface where they can tap or select the current service status, add any completed tasks, and log issues encountered. The moment they hit the status ( aceptado, en camino. en posición, terminado) the system must automatically stamp the exact date and time of it.
Every job link should keep its own timeline of updates, but only for a configurable period (for example, the last 30 or 60 days) so old data can be purged without manual intervention. No log-ins or app installs—just open, update, done.
What I expect from you:
• A responsive web page (works on any phone browser) that loads fast over mobile data.
• A simple back-end (MySQL, Firebase, or anything comparably easy to host) to store each update with a timestamp, then roll records off after the set retention period.
• A minimal admin view or downloadable CSV so I can review the stored history before it expires.
• Clear deployment instructions so I can host it on my own sub-domain.
If you’ve built punch-in/field-report tools before, you’ll land this quickly. Let me know how you plan to handle the unique link generation and data retention, plus any questions you have.
