Life Insurance Customer Portal Website

I need a complete website built for my life-insurance business that functions first and foremost as a secure customer portal. The site should let policyholders log in, review their coverage, download statements, pay premiums, and submit simple claim requests without having to phone or email me.

Brand colours, basic copy, product brochures, and a logo are already prepared and will be shared on day one. What I don’t yet have is the front-end design, the portal architecture, or any back-end implementation, so you will be handling the project end-to-end.

Key deliverables
• Responsive public pages (home, product overview, FAQ, contact) matching my brand guidelines
• Password-protected customer area with dashboard, policy details, premium payment gateway, and profile-update forms
• Simple claim-submission form that forwards data to my existing email inbox for now
• Admin/CMS section where I can add or edit policy documents and download user reports
• SSL setup, basic on-page SEO, and final deployment to my hosting account
• Walk-through of the codebase plus two weeks of post-launch support for bug fixes
