Legal Consultation Site Build

I’m putting together a straightforward service-focused website where visitors can request legal advice online. The scope is intentionally lean: a clean front-end, a couple of dynamic sections for FAQs and articles, and a secure contact/consultation request form that drops inquiries straight into my inbox (or a simple database).

I’m comfortable handling the copy and legal content myself, so what I need from you is the technical side—HTML/CSS layout, a splash of JavaScript for interactivity, and either a lightweight PHP back-end or a WordPress setup if that speeds things up. Once the site is live, I’d like occasional help keeping plug-ins up to date, fixing minor bugs, and adding new pages when fresh legal topics come up.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional service website focused on legal consultation
• Responsive design tested on desktop and mobile
• Basic admin access so I can edit text and upload new articles without touching code
• Clear hand-off notes (file structure, where to update content, and any third-party libraries used)

Acceptance criteria: the contact/consultation form must send data reliably and the site should load in under three seconds on a standard broadband connection.
