Legacy Website Migration & Modernization

I’m ready to retire a dated, monolithic code-base and relaunch the site on a clean, modern stack. You’ll receive full access to the current repository, database dump, and hosting panel so you can map every page, replicate all existing features, and move the content without breaking any URLs.

Your brief is to analyse the legacy build, recommend an up-to-date framework (React, Vue, Svelte, or similar on the front end; Node, Django, or another solid back end), rebuild the site for responsiveness and speed, and deploy it to a staging server for my review.
