Lead Web Development & Team Coordination
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I am starting a new web platform from scratch and need one senior professional to both craft the codebase and steer a small distributed team. This role blends hands-on development with day-to-day technical leadership: you will define architecture, assign tasks, review pull-requests, and keep quality and deadlines on track through to launch.
While I have not locked down a particular stack, I welcome your recommendation of modern, maintainable tools—whether that points us toward React, Vue, Angular, Node, Python, or another framework that you can justify for scalability and long-term support. CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, and clear documentation must all be part of the process.
Core deliverables
• High-level architecture and sprint plan
• First production-ready release of the site (front-end, back-end, database, basic DevOps)
• Ongoing mentoring and code review for team members
