I’m looking to get a WordPress website developed for eduvisaabroad.com, an initiative by CANADAPPR Study Abroad Solutions.
This website will be purely lead-generation focused on overseas education and visa consulting services. It is not intended for training, coaching, or classroom-based courses.

Scope requirement:
• WordPress website built using Elementor
• Clean, simple, professional layout with strong clarity and trust-building
• Lead-focused structure with enquiry forms, call-to-action sections, and WhatsApp integration
• Study Abroad section with properly structured country-wise pages
• Separate dedicated page for SOP writing services
• Fully mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices
Technical and stability requirements (mandatory):
• Hosting with free SSL included
• Minimum five professional email IDs
• Proper WordPress installation and configuration
• Basic on-page SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, clean URL structure)
• Speed optimisation and caching setup
• Basic security and backup configuration
• Clean, scalable structure suitable for future lead campaigns and marketing activities
Ownership and future safety requirements (mandatory):
• Full ownership of the domain, hosting, WordPress admin panel, database, and email IDs
• No lock-ins, no restricted access, and no dependency on the developer after delivery
• Website must be fully migration-ready for future server or developer changes
• Only genuine themes and plugins to be used (no nulled, cracked, or developer-licensed tools)
Budget (strict and non-negotiable):
₹10,000 total, including design and hosting, a slight 5-10 % variation in price would be acceptable
Payment milestone structure:
• 30% payment after homepage design approval
• 40% payment after full website completion on staging and functional testing
• 30% final payment only after the website is live on my hosting and all admin credentials and ownership access are fully handed over
Timeline:
Expected delivery within 10 to 20 working days from the project start date.
Please include the following in your proposal:
• Two to three live websites you have built (preferably education or consultancy related)
• Clear confirmation that you agree to the budget and payment milestone structure
• Confirmation that full ownership and migration access will be provided
