Lead-Focused Property Investment Site

I run a property investment and deal-sourcing firm and need a web presence whose sole purpose is to turn visitors into qualified enquiries. The look and feel must be modern and sleek—clean lines, plenty of white space, sharp typography, and high-quality imagery that inspires confidence without distracting from the call to action.

Every key section—home, services, recent deals, about, insights, and contact—should funnel users toward a clearly positioned contact form. The form will capture name, email, phone, and an open message field, then push the data straight into our CRM Allclients. load times, mobile responsiveness, and basic on-page SEO are non-negotiable.

I’d like the site built on a platform I can update myself, such as WordPress with Elementor or Webflow. Feel free to propose another intuitive CMS if it better serves performance and security.

I also need a social media manager to create facebook and instagram posts on a regular basis to attract investors and also to attract sellers of properties that fit my buying criteria (below market value, problem properties, negative equity etc) I need to concentrate my time on running the business and i need someone to take car of the social media side. I can give ideas and a brief about content but I wholly need someone who is creative and has their own ideas on how to market the business.

I already have a site www.maplelandsolutions.co.uk and I'd like this to be a sister site of this as it's the sister company. Same logo with different text.
