Law Firm Booking Website Build
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I run a small legal practice and now need a web presence that makes it effortless for clients to book an appointment online. The site should feel professional yet approachable, load quickly on desktop and mobile, and comply with basic accessibility standards.
Core scope
• Integrate an online booking system that syncs with my existing calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook—whichever you prefer, just state it in your proposal).
• Build the following pages with clear navigation: Home, Services, Contact Us, Wills & Estates, and Estate Litigation. Each page only needs starter copy and placeholder images; I will supply final text later.
• Add a simple contact form and click-to-call links for mobile users.
• Ensure the design is responsive and easy for me to update through a user-friendly CMS.
Acceptance criteria
• Appointment flow tested end-to-end on desktop and mobile.
• All pages listed above present and linked in the main menu.
• Basic on-page SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, schema for legal service).
• Handover includes admin login, style guide, and short video or PDF showing me how to change text and dates.
Include in your bid
A detailed project proposal is essential: outline the platform you recommend (WordPress, Webflow, or another), key milestones, estimated timeline, and any third-party licence costs I should expect.
I will review proposals focusing on clarity of approach, relevant portfolio links, and how seamlessly the booking system is integrated.
