Laundry Aggregator Website Development

I need a simple, clean-looking website that lets customers place laundry pickup orders, pay online, and then follow every stage of the wash-and-delivery cycle. The core of the build is a customer-facing portal with real-time status updates (Picking Up ➜ Washing ➜ Out for Delivery, etc.) plus a personal order-history section they can revisit any time.

The flow I have in mind is straightforward: users sign up or log in, schedule a pickup slot, choose service options, check out through a secure payment gateway, and immediately see their order appear on a live-tracking page. Each status change should update instantly without needing a refresh. When the order is completed it drops into their historical list so they can reorder with one click.

I’m flexible on the underlying tech stack—WordPress with custom plugins, a React front end on a lightweight API, or another approach you recommend—as long as the final product is responsive, fast, and easy for me to manage content and pricing.

Deliverables I need from you:
