Laravel HR Recruitment Module
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have an in-house Human Resource site built with PHP 7.4 and Laravel 9. Right now the only area that still needs love is the Recruitment module, specifically:
• Job posting – CRUD screens for HR staff, published job detail page for applicants, optional file uploads for job specs.
• Applicant tracking – application form that ties to each posting, status pipeline (new → shortlisted → interviewed → hired/rejected), simple dashboard for HR to search and filter applicants.
The rest of the system (employee records, payroll, etc.) is already coded, so you’ll be working inside an established Laravel project with Composer, Eloquent, Blade, Git and MySQL. I’ll provide a clean dev branch, database schema, and daily code-review support. If you’re a recent graduate or still studying, this is a great way to sharpen your Laravel skills while shipping production code.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional Recruitment module integrated into the existing repo.
2. Migration files, models, controllers, Blade views, and route updates.
3. Clear README notes on setup, test data seeding, and any third-party packages used.
4. One short hand-off call or video walk-through.
Clean, readable code and small, well-documented commits are the key acceptance criteria. If you enjoy working with Laravel and want mentoring along the way, I’d love to hear from you.
