Landing Page & Members Area with Youtube Integration

Looking for web developer to create Landing Page, Payment Page, and Members Area Integrated with Youtube. The Members Area will allow users to view Youtube videos directly and gather points for each view. The Members Area will also allow users to refer other people to the program. This website was created for me about 10 years ago but I never saved the files, which is why im looking for someone to recreate it. I can provide screenshots, text, and videos of how the website operated. Just need someone to put it together.
