I’m ready to showcase a new lake-access community and need a website that feels traditional and classic—think timeless fonts, warm colours, and an inviting, trustworthy layout. The core of the site centres on three straightforward sections: a welcoming Home page, a Property Listings page where each lot’s details live, and a simple Contact page so prospects can reach me quickly.
A key feature is an interactive lot map. When a visitor hovers over a lot, a small popup must appear with its basic information (size, price, deeded boat-slip number). If they click, the map should take them straight to that lot’s full listing. Clean, seamless transitions are important; I don’t want the experience to feel like a separate tool bolted onto the site.
To keep updates easy, please build on a platform where I can add or edit listings myself—WordPress with a reliable mapping plugin or a lightweight custom CMS are both fine so long as they stay within the classic design language.
Deliverables:

• Administrator guide (short PDF or screen-share walkthrough) showing me how to add new lots, adjust prices, and update the map
