Job Portal Development

I’m looking to launch a full-scale job portal that mirrors the core experience of Naukri.com while carrying my own branding. The site must support three primary modules from day one: rich job listings, seamless resume upload with parsing, and a robust employer dashboard for posting, tracking, and short-listing candidates.

For job seekers, the board should feel powerful yet intuitive. I need advanced search and filter tools (keywords, location, salary, category, etc.), opt-in job alerts delivered by email or push, and detailed company profiles so applicants have context before applying.

Login and security are non-negotiable: offer classic email/password entry, quick social-media options, and a multi-factor authentication step that can be toggled on demand.

I’m open on the exact stack—React, Vue, or similar for the front end; Node, Laravel, Django, or another proven backend—so long as it’s mobile-first, well-documented, and capable of scaling. You’ll also connect a mail service for alerts and cloud storage for resume files.

Deliverables
• Deployed, production-ready website on my domain/hosting
• Source code with setup and environment documentation
• Admin logins for job-seeker, employer, and super-admin panels
• Recorded or live hand-off walkthrough

Acceptance criteria: every feature listed above functions error-free on current Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (desktop and mobile); pages load in under three seconds on a standard 4G connection; resume uploads parse and attach correctly; and MFA triggers reliably.
