Any user can browse and click job listings , but in order to unmask the company name, they have to be verified via WhatsApp otp authentication
Once WhatsApp otp verification , a basic profile is tagged to the mobile phone where seekers can login to create resume / input email and bio data and last drawn salary , expected salary, industry , skills , experience / positions
Recruiters
- dynamic backend to configure various quarterly/ half yearly / yearly membership package & coins purchase perks for members
- recruiters can add and upgrade their package to view and search job seekers resume. Filters search.
- recruiters can automatically upgrade to get resume recommendations, this way the listing can be automatically sent to seekers dm/whatsapps
Example - monthly package is 300 coins equivalent to $30 usd . Recruiters can buy additional 200 coins for $20 usd with a discount of 5% as it is monthly subscription . If it is yearly subscription coins will be offered 25% discount
With additional 200 coins recruiters can also send listing to whatsapp to seekers , per WhatsApp 1coins
Per repost is 10 coins , per highlight is 10coins , per featured post is additional 10 coins
Employers
- similiar package as recruiters alternatively they can purely commit to coins same as recruiter
Overseas agency manpower
- they will be able to list their company profile , resumes of candidates on behalf , country origin , and function to reach out to recruiters
Take note, for every WhatsApp sharing of listing and click by receiver, every advertiser can get 10coins foc.
Coin purchase
- can be used for various functions such as
