Jewellery E-commerce Site Development

I’m planning to build an e-commerce website for my jewellery brand ARKAVYA (Tagline: Wear the Verse), and I’d like to share my initial requirements to understand feasibility, cost, and timeline.

Core Requirements:

* Premium, elegant homepage design
* Product pages with strong visuals and detailed descriptions
* Shop/collection page with filters (price, category, occasion)
* Cart and checkout system
* Payment gateway integration (UPI, cards, etc.)
* Mobile-optimized design
* Admin panel (simple and easy to manage)
* Invoice generation system
* WhatsApp integration for order updates

Admin Panel Requirements (important for me):

* Add/edit product images
* Add/edit product name, caption, and description
* Set and update product price
* Manage stock (in stock / out of stock)
* Add/edit offers or discounts
* Option to enable/disable bargaining feature for each product

Special Feature:

* AI-based bargaining chat on product page

Functionality example:

- Listed price: ₹2,799
- Customer enters offer: ₹2,400
- System responds: “This piece is reserved for select pricing. We can offer it at ₹2,449.”
- If offer is too low → polite rejection
- If close → refined counter offer

Requirements for this feature:

* Chat-style UI (not just a form)
* Instant automated responses
* Controlled logic (min price, target price set from backend)

Please also suggest:

* Best platform for this (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom)
* Estimated cost for core website
* Additional cost for bargaining feature
* Timeline for development
