Invoice & Packing List System

I’m looking for a developer who can turn my day-to-day paperwork into a click-and-print process. The core need is a system that lets me enter order information once and instantly create:

• Commercial invoices (primary use)
• Matching packing lists
• Embark/shipping labels

Key requirements
• Export options: every document must download or print in both PDF and Excel.
• No automated math: taxes, discounts, or any extras are entered manually—just capture and display what I type.
• Clean, professional templates that keep the same layout regardless of the volume of line items.
• Simple record management so I can retrieve, edit, or duplicate previous shipments instead of re-typing everything.

Scope of work
1. Build the data-entry interface—web or lightweight desktop is fine as long as it’s easy to deploy on a standard Windows PC.
2. Design the three document templates so they share a consistent header, footer, and styling.
3. Implement PDF and Excel generation with reliable libraries (e.g., iText, Apache POI, ReportLab—your choice).
4. Provide install files or clear setup instructions plus a brief user guide.
5. One round of refinements after I test with real data.

The solution should be straightforward, stable, and future-proof enough that additional fields could be added later without rewriting the whole thing. If you have sample work or a quick prototype, that will speed up my decision.
