Intranet website with PostgreSQL Integration

looking for a freelance web developer to build a simple, fast-loading web application for internal use (local intranet only). The website will be connected to a PostgreSQL database and should allow easy viewing, adding, and editing of data based on predefined Excel-like structures.

Key Features:
1 - Homepage
Full-page wallpaper background
Header area with space for a logo
Six main buttons (corresponding to six Excel sheets)
Button Functionality

2. On clicking each button:
Dropdown list of customer names (from column A of the sheet)
Option to edit/view the selected customer’s data
Form auto-populates based on DB fields
---> Add New Customer ( Button in the top-right corner)
-----> Opens a form with relevant fields (textboxes, dropdowns, etc.)

On submission, data is saved into the PostgreSQL database

These will handle plain text entries (add/edit/view)
