Interactive Tile Visualizer Webapp

I need a browser-based tile visualizer identical in flow to the demo shown here: https://youtu.be/voTQK3ZZ1rA?si=YeU1z4OwGvygJv7Z. After you watch the video you’ll see exactly what I’m after: the user (in my case tile sellers and their clients) chooses from a catalogue of tile textures and instantly applies them to the walls of a pre-modelled room, switching designs until the perfect look appears.

Core requirements
• Single-page web application—no desktop build.
• Preloaded room model (initially one living-room scene is fine) rendered in real time; the surface areas must accept texture mapping without visible stretching or seams.
• Tile browser where each swatch can be rotated, flipped or grouted before application.
• Smooth transition when swapping designs so the user can screenshot or share the result.

Tech is up to you, but I expect something lightweight that runs in modern browsers—Three.js, Babylon.js or WebGL with React are all acceptable if they deliver the same fluidity you see in the clip.

Deliverable is the full source code, ready to deploy to my hosting, plus brief setup notes. Once we hit the same interaction quality shown in the video, the job is done.
