I’m building a web platform that turns raw property data into clear, decision-ready insights for everyday home buyers and sellers. The core of the site is market analysis, so every screen, chart, and tool should help a visitor understand “Is this a good place and a fair price for me?”

Key feature set
• Property valuation tools that estimate current market price and show historical trends.
• Side-by-side neighborhood comparison with scores for schools, safety, connectivity, and amenities.
• A unified Property Score that rolls in market momentum, rental yield, and live demand indicators.
• Dedicated sections that rate pet friendliness and senior-citizen suitability so users can filter on lifestyle needs.
• “Top-Ranked Societies” leaderboards for three selected cities updated automatically as data refreshes.
• Builder profiles with a reliability score drawn from delivery history, legal compliance, and customer sentiment.

Flow & experience
A visitor should land on a clean dashboard, enter an address or society name, and instantly receive an interactive report backed by charts, maps, and plain-language takeaways. From there they can dig deeper—compare neighborhoods, adjust assumptions, and save or print a PDF summary. Speed and clarity are critical; no feature should add friction.

Technical expectations
The stack is flexible as long as it delivers fast page loads, mobile-first responsiveness, and modular components that my data pipeline can call via API. SEO-friendly routing, secure user accounts, and a lightweight CMS for static pages are required. If you have a preferred mapping library (Mapbox, Google Maps JS, Leaflet, etc.) let’s leverage it for heat maps and boundary overlays.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity UI/UX mock-ups approved before development.
2. Fully functional responsive website deployed to my cloud host.
3. Source code in a private Git repo with README and setup scripts.
4. One-page technical handover documenting data endpoints, environment variables, and deployment steps.

The project wraps when I can type in an address, receive the full analytical report, and everything renders correctly on desktop and mobile without console errors.
