Interactive Online Magazine Site Development

I want to build an online magazine to promote local businesses. The front page will have a header and have the look of a magazine. The cover page will feature a different business each month. all back pages will not have a header but will have an array of photos. the photo pages will have preset arrangements and photo sizes. The background color can be selected by the site manager. New pages can be added by the site manager as new businesses subscribe. The site will start with 3 pages. 1. A cover page, 2. a photo page. and 3. a magazine information page. There will be 3 different photo layout options (chosen by the customer and applied by the site manager). When the customer advances to the next page, the page will look like a page turning from a standard paper magazine. The pages will be divided into left side and right side like a standard paper magazine. When the pages is fully turned, it will not appear to be two pages. The customer can purchase a single page or a double. When photos are uploaded by the customer after login, the photos will automatically resize to fit the allocated space. (page layouts will be submitted to the site builder by the site owner prior to development). There will be a Customer sign-up and login. as well as a site manager login.
