Interactive Excel Table Embed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have an Excel workbook that needs to appear on a web page exactly the way visitors see it in my reference example. Once the sheet is rendered as an HTML table, users must be able to:
• search any column in real-time,
• copy selected rows or the whole table straight to their clipboard,
• share what they see to social-media channels with a single click (Facebook, Twitter/X and LinkedIn are the priority, but add others if it’s only a small extra step).
The simplest route is fine with me—I’m happy for you to use SheetJS, DataTables, vanilla JavaScript, or another lightweight combination you prefer. I don’t need extra data validation or re-formatting; what comes out of the Excel file can display as is, so focus your effort on smooth interaction and clean code.
Deliverables
1. A standalone HTML file (with any supporting CSS/JS) that reads my .xlsx file client-side and shows the fully-functional table.
2. Clear instructions on how I swap in a different Excel file later.
3. A quick demo video or GIF proving the search, copy, and social-sharing features work.
That’s all I need—once you hand over the files and I can replicate the demo locally, the job’s done.
