Interactive Basketball LMS WordPress Site

Hi there
I would like to create a dummy LMS WordPress website with the following requirements:
-A booking system where users can book video lessons in basketball, categorized by subscription: -10-week, 20-week, 30-week, 40-week, and 1-year video lessons.
-A drip system where users can unlock each video lesson on a weekly basis.
-Payment integration with Visa, Stripe, and PayPal.
-A user login area with a dashboard to view payments and past video lessons.
-A business owner’s CMS dashboard to make changes, upload videos, and manage video lessons.
-Ability to use custom fonts.
-A clean, working code environment compatible with Sublime Text.
-The ability to host the website on a personal computer.
-Guidance on how to host the website after development.
- have the ability to make changes to the theme following the design file from Figma. Have the ability to shapre the LMS Wordpress design from the Figma UI design provided.
Any free WordPress theme can be used, as this is for a dummy LMS website—not for public publishing.
This is a fixed-term project. If you charge an hourly rate, this project is not suitable for you. You must be an expert in WordPress, have a portfolio demonstrating the above requirements, and have prior experience building LMS WordPress websites.
Please do not apply if you do not have LMS experience. When replying, include an example of a responsive WordPress LMS website you have built with the link attached. Also you need to have experience working with Dev Mode Figma file, pls don't apply if you do not have experience with Figma.
