Scope of Work – Combined B2B & Athletes Portal

The project involves the design and development of two integrated portals — B2B Portal and Athletes Portal — with distinct user roles, membership levels, and admin control.

B2B Portal:

User registration with profile types (Coach, Academy, Agent, Business).

Profile fields: name, email, about, address, interests, phone, DOB, etc.

Conditional fields and file uploads (certificates, qualifications).

Admin approval system with pending status notification.

Free users: limited access to profiles and forum (view only).

Premium users: full profile access and ability to post/respond in forum.

Athletes Portal:

Athlete registration, login, and profile dashboard.

Profile completion with personal, professional, and media details (photos, videos, social links).

Membership plans (Free, Regular, Premium) with tier-based permissions.

Payment integration for membership upgrades.

Exclusive athlete forum with role-based access.

Admin Panel:

Manage user approvals, memberships, and forum content.

Monitor payments and upgrade requests.

Deliverables include a fully functional, responsive web application with secure authentication, role-based access, and integrated payment and forum features.
