Install T&C and Privacy Popup

I run a small, informational site built on WordPress. I already have the full text for both the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy; all that’s missing is getting them live and properly linked, plus a consent mechanism for visitors.

Here’s what I need done: create two standalone WordPress pages, paste in the supplied copy exactly as provided, and add clean footer links so they’re reachable from every screen. On top of that, set up a consent checkbox that appears in a pop-up overlay the first time someone visits (think GDPR style). The visitor must actively tick the box before the pop-up closes, and their choice should be remembered on return visits.

Please keep the styling consistent with my current theme, load quickly, and test on desktop and mobile before hand-off. Let me know if you plan to use a lightweight plugin or custom code so I understand the maintenance path going forward.
