Informational Website Development Needed

I have the full brief, all copy, imagery, and a premium Envato Elements template ready to go—I only need a skilled developer to turn these assets into a clean, responsive informational site. The finished site should include four core sections: About Us, Services, Projects, and Contact Information.
The template can be delivered to you in whatever format you prefer (ZIP, Figma files, direct download link, etc.). Your job is to customise it so the layout, colour palette, and typography align with the brand guidelines in the brief, then populate each page with the content I supply.
I don’t require advanced functionality right now—this is strictly an informational build—but if you have ideas for lightweight extras such as a newsletter sign-up, blog, or search feature, feel free to suggest them as optional enhancements.
Key expectations
• Pixel-perfect rendering of the chosen template across modern browsers and mobile devices
• Clear navigation linking the four sections listed above
• Basic on-page SEO setup (metadata, alt tags, friendly URLs)
• Deployment to my preferred hosting platform and a quick walkthrough so I can make simple edits myself
