Informational Webpage with User Database

I'm looking for someone who can create an HTML page that can search for specific information in a table based on a list of options. For example: selecting a car model and retrieving its price. However, I need this to be done in a way that the table is located in a specific folder on the network, allowing everyone who accesses the page via the intranet to use the same database, and allowing me to update it remotely when needed. Important detail: I don't want to have to create a local server on the company's network.
