Informational App with Review System

I need an end-to-end software application whose core objective is to deliver structured information to users while letting them post and browse reviews about that content. This is not a retail storefront; think of it as a rich knowledge hub enhanced by community feedback.

Scope
• Architecture & blueprint – a scalable, modular back-end (Node, Django, Laravel or similar) plus an intuitive front-end built with a modern framework.
• Robust content management – admins must be able to add, edit and categorize articles, guides or media without touching code.
• User accounts & reviews – secure registration, authentication, profile pages and the ability to leave ratings/comments, with moderation tools and spam protection.
• Search & filtering – fast, faceted search across all informational pages and associated reviews.
• Analytics & reporting – dashboards that track page views, review volume, average ratings and flagged content.
• CI/CD, automated tests and detailed documentation for seamless deployment and future maintenance.

What I’m looking for
A partner who can take the project from concept to production: UX wireframes, UI design, clean code, QA, deployment to cloud hosting, and post-launch refinements. Familiarity with best-practice security, REST/GraphQL APIs and responsive design is essential.

Deliverables
1. Technical specification and wireframes for approval.
2. Incremental builds on a staging server.
3. Final production release with documentation and hand-over session.
4. Optional maintenance roadmap.
