Industrial IoT Monitoring Dashboard

Job ID: 40311501

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m looking to have a web-based dashboard built that gives a real-time window into the status of our industrial machines. The sole focus is monitoring, not controlling; I want to see what each machine is doing at any moment, spot anomalies quickly, and drill into historical trends when questions come up.

Data feeds
The machines will stream four kinds of information:
• Performance metrics (cycle time, throughput, spindle speed, etc.)
• Error logs (fault codes, alarms)
• Energy usage (kW, power-on hours)
• CNC-specific values we already capture on the shop floor

Core expectations
• Live status tiles that change colour or flag alerts the moment a parameter moves out of range.
• Trend charts and simple filters so I can compare yesterday’s shift to today’s at a glance.
• A clean, responsive UI that runs in any modern browser and scales down gracefully on tablets mounted beside each line.
• Backend connectors that can pull or receive data from our current gateways (MQTT or OPC-UA are both available; use whichever you’re most comfortable with).
• Lightweight user management—just admin and operator roles—for view-only access.

Deliverables
1. Source code and build instructions for both frontend and backend.
2. A running demo on your host so I can click through before hand-off.
3. Deployment guide for our on-prem server (Docker is fine).
4. Brief hand-off session to walk through the code and configuration.

Acceptance criteria
The dashboard must refresh in under five seconds, log data for a minimum of 30 days, and display accurate values that match our existing SCADA readouts during a one-hour validation window.

If you’ve built similar industrial or IIoT dashboards before, I’d love to see a quick example and hear which tech stack you prefer.
