Indoor Golf Booking WordPress Site

I run an indoor golf facility and now want players to reserve their simulator time straight from a new WordPress site. The whole site revolves around one core action—booking a session—so the flow has to be fast, mobile-friendly, and branded to match our modern, sports-bar vibe.

When a visitor selects a date and time, the form must also display a free-text field where they can add any additional requirements or comments (club rental, food orders, coaching notes, etc.). Payment happens right there in the booking flow. Please wire in a secure gateway such as Stripe so we can charge credit cards and support Apple/Google Pay without sending users off-site.

I need an intuitive dashboard that lets our staff:

• Open, close, or price individual bays in seconds
• See all reservations at a glance and push them to Google Calendar
• Trigger automatic email confirmations and reminders to guests

Final deliverables:

• WordPress theme configured and branded (logos, colors, typography supplied)
• Booking engine fully tested with live payment gateway
• Admin guide or short Loom video walking me through day-to-day edits
