Independent Car Rental Booking System Development

I am launching an independent car rental business (similar to Turo, but fully private and off-platform).
I am not a dealership yet — this project is rental only.

Verification must include:
Government ID (driver’s license)
Selfie + liveness detection
Face match
Verification must occur after payment but before pickup
Admin must see Approved / Failed / Pending status

After booking is paid:
Customer automatically receives ID verification link (email or SMS)
Booking is NOT confirmed until verification passes
