Implement Robust reCaptcha For WordPress

My WordPress “Contact Us” form is getting flooded with submissions filled with random characters. I need a stronger barrier in place and am open to either reCaptcha v2 or v3—whichever you feel will shut the bots down most effectively.

There’s no attachment to any specific plugin; you’re free to choose Google Captcha by BestWebSoft, integrate reCaptcha directly into Contact Form 7, or suggest a better option as long as it is reliable and keeps page speed intact.

Scope of work
• Install and configure the chosen reCaptcha on the existing Contact Us form.
• Verify that legitimate messages still come through while automated junk is blocked.
• Test across desktop and mobile to confirm the checkbox, invisible badge, or score-based filter behaves correctly.
