IAm haseeb
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking for a web developer to build a responsive e-commerce website where customers can leave reviews on every product page. The review system is the must-have feature at launch; shoppers should be able to rate items, write comments, and see an average score instantly reflected on the listing.
Core scope
• Set up a clean, scalable storefront with product categories, shopping cart, and checkout flow.
• Implement a secure customer review component tied to each SKU, with moderation controls so I can approve or hide posts.
• Provide an intuitive admin dashboard for managing inventory, orders, and the review queue.
Nice to have
While customer reviews come first, I’m open to your suggestions on adding a payment gateway and product search/filtering in later iterations, so please outline how your codebase can accommodate those extensions.
Tech preferences
I’m comfortable with mainstream stacks such as React, Next.js, Laravel, or Shopify’s Hydrogen—choose what you do best, but explain why it fits the project’s needs in terms of performance, SEO, and maintainability.
Deliverables
1. Fully deployed live site on my hosting or a recommended cloud platform.
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear setup instructions.
3. Brief hand-off document or video walkthrough showing how to add products and moderate reviews.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like to see an initial working prototype within two weeks. Let me know your preferred stack, past e-commerce examples, and any questions that help you estimate effort accurately.
