Hreflang Setup for Blog SEO

I’m looking to add a clean, reusable hreflang component to my site purely for SEO optimization. The tags will appear only on our blog posts and, at this stage, we’re covering a small footprint—no more than three language-region variants.

What I need from you:
• Code the hreflang markup so that each blog post automatically outputs the correct language and regional alternatives.
• Validate the implementation (e.g., by running through Google’s hreflang testing tools or manual header checks) and supply a brief report confirming that no conflicts, duplicate tags, or missing return links exist.
• Document the setup in a short README so future posts inherit the same logic without extra work.

Once everything passes validation and my Search Console sees the new tags without errors, the job is complete.
