Hourly Website Co-Management Team

I’m looking for a reliable, instruction-driven team to step in as my ongoing WORDPRESS web co-managers. You will charge by the hour—please don’t pitch flat-fee builds, as full site creation is not part of this engagement.

Day-to-day, you’ll handle whatever the current project queue throws at us: installing new software or plugins, wiring up fresh domains, slipping new pages into place, and taking care of the inevitable minor fixes that pop up. Branding tweaks come up often, so I need you to be comfortable shifting logos, refining colour palettes, and tightening up font choices until everything sits perfectly with existing style guides. A sharp eye for graphic design will definitely make you stand out, because some requests spill over into light image work.

Projects might be on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or a custom stack—whatever our clients use—so adaptability and clean, well-documented hand-offs are critical. Clear, prompt communication, accurate time-tracking, and the discipline to follow detailed instructions without cutting corners are non-negotiable.
