1. Student Check-in/Check-out System – Maintain digital records of student entry and exit.


2. Room Allocation – Automated room assignment and availability tracking.


3. Attendance & Movement Logs – Secure monitoring of student presence.


4. Fee Management – Online hostel fee payment, balance tracking, and receipt generation.


5. Maintenance Requests – Students can report issues (electricity, water, furniture, etc.) through the app.


6. Notice Board & Announcements – Send important updates and push notifications directly to students.


7. Visitor Management – Digital recording and approval of visitors.


8. ID/QR Code Integration – Easy check-in/out using student IDs or QR codes.
