Hospitality Reservation SaaS Development

I am building a cloud-based reservation platform for the hospitality sector that seamlessly serves both lodge owners and tour operators. The core of the product is a live-availability engine that updates in real time across all channels, eliminating double bookings and manual spreadsheets.

Key functionality I must see from day one:
• Online booking workflow, from search to payment
• Automated email/SMS reminders and instant confirmations
• Self-service cancellation handling with policy rules
• Always-on inventory visibility for each lodge
• A dedicated operator-to-lodge reservation flow, so tour specialists can hold or book rooms on behalf of guests without conflicting with direct-to-consumer sales

The interface needs to ship in two forms—an intuitive web dashboard and a slim mobile app (iOS and Android). Both surfaces should share a common codebase or API so new features appear everywhere at once.

Deliverables I will consider complete:
1. Multi-tenant SaaS backend with user roles for lodges and operators
2. Web front end (responsive) covering all core workflows
3. Mobile app (React Native or similar) mirroring the web features
4. Documentation: architecture diagram, API spec, deploy & scale instructions
5. A short hand-off session and 30-day post-launch support for bug fixes

If a framework or library speeds things up—think Laravel, Django, Node, React, Flutter—feel free to propose it as long as the final product is stable, secure, and easy for me to extend later. Payment gateway, calendar sync (iCal/Google), and transactional email/SMS services should be pluggable so I can swap vendors without code rewrites.
