I will post below every function that the website should have, looks wise, keep it simple with two max 3 colours.

STATEMENT:
Mr. Fox has a clinic and intends to computerize all processes.
One of Mr. Fox's problems is managing doctors, patients and their appointments.
Several doctors work at the clinic, from several different specialties.
Each doctor is internally identified by an employee number, the clinic intends to digitally store all the data of the doctors who work there.
The clinic has consultations for various specialties.
As usual, doctors give consultations to patients. Mr. Fox also wants to store all of his patients' data digitally.
Mr. Fox also wants to digitally store all consultation data.
A doctor and a patient are associated with each consultation.
Currently, consultations are numbered for each doctor, that is, for each doctor there is a consultation 1, a consultation 2, etc.
For the clinic, it is important to maintain this consultation identification system, so that data can be entered relating to the time in which the clinic was not yet computerized.
The appointment is intended to store the date on which it occurred, as well as the various drugs that were prescribed by the doctor during the appointment.
MUST HAVE FEATURES:
It must be possible for the patient to schedule an appointment independently.
It must be possible for the patient to consult their appointment schedule (past and future)
It must be possible for the doctor to consult the patient's file with all the history
It must be possible for the doctor to consult your diary.
An appointment can only be scheduled for a date in the future, as long as the date is free for the chosen doctor
The doctor must have access to a list of drugs that he or she can prescribe.
The administration can register new doctors on the platform.
The administrative staff can register new patients on the platform, although patients can also register independently to make appointments.
