Horse Riding Booking Website

My horseback riding company needs a clean, responsive website whose main job is to let visitors reserve a riding session and pay on the spot. I already have lesson descriptions, pricing, and photos ready to go; what I need from you is the technical backbone that turns casual browsers into confirmed riders.

Core requirements
• Full-fledged booking engine: a real-time calendar that shows available dates and time slots, updates instantly when a reservation is made, and routes payments through Stripe or PayPal (whichever you find quicker to integrate).
• Email confirmation: the moment a guest checks out, the system should send a branded confirmation email with all ride details.
• Simple, intuitive admin side: I want to adjust time slots and block off dates myself without touching code.

Tech is up to you—if you prefer WordPress with WooCommerce + Booking plugins, a custom Laravel/Vue build, or a no-code platform like Squarespace paired with Calendly and Zapier, that’s fine so long as the experience stays smooth and mobile-friendly.

- Responsive website (home, about, rides & pricing, booking, contact)
- Integrated booking calendar with secure online payment
- Automated email confirmation template, tested end-to-end
- Quick video or PDF guide showing me how to add or edit ride slots

Once the site is live and bookings flow without a hitch, the project is done. Future extras such as customer accounts or SMS reminders can be a separate milestone, but they’re not required right now.
