Homestay Booking Platform Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a complete, end-to-end booking platform for my homestay so guests can check availability, pay, and receive instant confirmation without ever leaving the site.
Core requirements
• Real-time room availability with reliable calendar sync to both Airbnb and Booking.com so double-bookings are impossible.
• Secure payment gateway integration (credit cards, wallets, UPI, etc.) embedded directly in the checkout flow.
• Instant booking confirmation sent to the guest and mirrored in the admin dashboard.
• Built-in user reviews and star ratings visible on each room to build trust and social proof.
• A lightweight but robust admin panel where I can open or block dates, adjust prices, issue refunds, moderate reviews, and view reservation analytics.
Ideal flow
A guest lands on a room page, selects dates, sees live availability pulled from synced calendars, pays on the spot, and immediately receives a confirmation email (and I receive one in the dashboard). Reviews can only be left by verified guests after checkout.
Deliverables
1. Responsive web application (mobile-first) with booking engine, payment integration, and review module fully functional.
2. Two-way calendar synchronization with Airbnb and Booking.com tested for accuracy.
3. Admin dashboard with role-based access, reporting, and manual override controls.
4. Deployment on my hosting/server with clear hand-over documentation.
