Homepage Loader Bug Fix

On my Demandium-based web app the homepage shows a loading spinner the moment visitors arrive, yet the overlay never clears. The issue only appears on that first hit; forms and internal navigation work fine elsewhere. I need the root cause identified and patched so the real content renders without manual refreshes or console tricks.

What I expect from you:
• diagnose why the loader on initial page load stays up indefinitely
• apply a clean fix in the codebase (JS/CSS or server call, whichever is responsible)
• test across major browsers to confirm normal visibility and performance
