Homepage & Backend Tweaks

I need a few targeted improvements on my live site. First, the homepage layout needs tidying—re-arranging sections, adjusting spacing, and generally making the flow cleaner without changing the overall design language. The CSS/HTML templates are already in place; I’m after precise code edits rather than a full redesign.

Second, I want minor but useful additions in the backend. At the moment I can’t easily add or delete certain homepage items, so I’m looking for a small CRUD extension inside the existing admin panel. Keep the current tech stack (PHP with a MySQL database) and build on what’s there rather than starting from scratch. A short written note showing where each change lives in the codebase will be enough documentation for me.

Ideal deliverables:
• Updated homepage files reflecting the new layout
• Backend module or fields that let me add/delete those items myself
• Quick “where everything is” guide for future reference
