I’m building an online hub where homeowners can quickly locate plumbers, cleaners, and similar home-service professionals, while also giving me the flexibility to list consulting specialists in a separate category. The cornerstone of this first release is a rock-solid customer reviews and ratings system.
Here’s what I need right now:
• A responsive web or cross-platform mobile app that supports two service categories—home services and consulting—from the same codebase.
• Secure sign-up/login for customers and providers.
• A verified-client reviews engine with 1-5 stars, text comments, optional photo uploads, real-time aggregate scores, and filtering by rating.
• Provider dashboards to view and respond to feedback, plus a simple admin panel so I can moderate or remove flagged content.
A booking calendar and detailed provider profiles are nice-to-haves for the next phase; the initial milestone should stay focused on getting the reviews workflow flawless.
