Home Budgeting SaaS Platform

I’m looking to get a lightweight, cloud-based accounting tool built specifically for home makers. It must work seamlessly on both the web and a companion mobile app so the same data stays in sync no matter where it’s entered.

Core workflow
• A shared family account (single login) lets the household enter day-to-day purchases. For every item I want to record cost, quantity and a short description.
• Members should be added or edited inside that account so we can tag who made each purchase without forcing individual logins.
• The system needs a built-in bill scanner: take a photo, run OCR to capture the values automatically, and store the original image alongside the entry for quick reference.

Reports
To keep spending transparent, I’ll need three out-of-the-box summaries:
1. Monthly expenses
2. Annual expenses
3. Category-wise expenses (groceries, utilities, etc.)

Anything beyond these can wait for a later phase.

What I expect as a first release
– A responsive web interface plus a mobile app (React Native, Flutter or any comparable cross-platform framework) pointing to the same backend.
– Simple, intuitive forms for manual entry and an integrated camera flow for bill scanning.
– Downloadable or on-screen versions of the three reports mentioned above.
