Hiring Website/ App

I’m building a complete platform that connects potential job candidates with a specific business. I need the web version plus companion apps for both iOS and Android live within the next month.

Website/ app need to be able to manage account profiles, location data, and in-app chat capabilities. NDA will be required before more details on project specifics can be shared. Ideally produced in the next 2-4 weeks. Element of design required.
